It is now 27th December 2007, 12.55am. Boxing day is just over. Only 5 days left to school reopening. The holidays have come and gone so quickly.For the past hour, I have been stripping. Of course it's not the stripping that you might have in mind. It's stripping wires. We're moving in the morning 9am. So the tv cables and DVD players need to have the wires stripped. Everything is like so tangled and its so dusty. I'm going to have my last shower here after I finish my post.
I decided to blog for the last time in Merawoods before I strip the computer wires and shift in the morning. And I don't know when the next time I will be blogging. Maybe in a week? As soon as we get internet connection. I really want to get onto a com on new year's day. Change the url.
Its been 8 years now. I've actually become quite attached to this place now. I remember saying that I hated this place around 3 years ago, but I take back my words. It's really sad for me that we have to move now, really. 8 years is more than half the life I've lived so far. Plus many memories. At least some good things are still around. Like the new house I'm going to live in is only across a small road, less than 100m if you measure from guard house to guard house. And its the same area too, everything is the same. Its a bigger unit too and the renovation made it quite nice. Otherwise, I still feel sad leaving. Very used to this place already. But guess we always have to move on. I will surely miss the view facing the roadside.
As well as watching F430s and Gallardos revving down the street and listening to them bang off shifts. It's really nice to watch them go down the streets and overtaking all the other cars and at the same time making loads of noise. I mean, music. In future I can only hear without seeing anything. And the music is going to be quite vague.
Today has been tiring. I didn't pack in the day. Went to tanah merah to fly radio controlled planes. Younger cousin who is Ronald's age has got one. But its very lightweight so the plane is easily thrown off course by the wind. That makes it really hard to fly straight.
I've been dreaming actually. About buying the suitable parts and then fixing my own plane which is heavy enough to resist the wind and at the same time have a motor powerful enough to propel it. And it shall come with wheels so I can play taxi-ing, and then runway take off as well as landing. Sounds possible if you ask me. Either you really find ways and means to get the parts and end up broke, or you want the impossible? Get a real plane. But haha thats impossible and I don't really want to sit in the plane and fly it. I want it to be radio controlled. So I guess the solution is the one that makes you broke.It should be possible. I mean, I've seen people do that sort of thing before at big fields. But it must cost a bomb.
I spent my whole day doing stuff at their house before me and ronald ( he stayed over since christmas day) were fetched home by my mum. Then we went to do the usual packing and I assisted my dad with moving fish tanks to my auntie's house. She has a German Schnauzer currently at her house. The owner's on holiday. I find Schnauzers very cute. Like the better-looking dogs.

Merry Christmas everyone!Had a christmas party last night. Was enough for an occasion like christmas except that my "present" from my younger cousin was getting tickled by 3 kids including ronald! They all were like sitting on me and tickling me. Then they stood up and dragged me around. But haha it was just for fun so I didn't do anything to them.
Christmas this year felt different I guess. It was rather quiet. Like so special countdown whatever and no loud shouts or anything. A bit boring. Normally we would wait until 12 and everyone will be wishing each other. This year the rest went for holiday in China. So only around 10 people celebrated. Compared to 20-30 people for other years. The mood just wasn't very detectable. It just didn't feel like a huge occasion. Now I just hope New Year will be better. Everyone will be back by then.

The reason why I really breezed through the previous post was because I felt that I was wasting too much time writing LONG STORIES about the past. So I want to just continue writing about the recent. Haven't been updating properly the past few days. Really busy with the house shifting. There are like many many things to pack and discard.the living room

Plus cousins who were ronald's age came over to stay during the week. I'm going to try blogging as much as I can for the rest of the year. I would like to blog everyday but it's not possible because we haven't signed up for internet connection over at the other side. So I'm just going to blog as often as I can. We're moving on the 27th Dec so its really tight. I'm planning to just blog about once a week when school reopens. Need to catch up back all the way to A band next year. Its like a mission. I think I'm as good as dead if I fail to make it to A band for Sec 4. I'm also going to change my blog url on either the New Year's Day or Christmas. I would prefer to have it changed on New Year's Day. Like you know, new year, new url. But then again, the internet connection part. I have been planning for a long time. Don't want to change all of a sudden. Want to do it on like some specific date.
So I'm just going to blog about Friday, Saturday, Today first, then I'm just going to try to fit back into the good old pattern where I update regular enough to be able to do my updates in many paragraphs because they are just news instead of just the boring life happenings. Its really more fun to do news updates then to do life happenings.
So, Friday. Stayed at home the whole day, then in the evening went to conrad hotel because dad's friend had a room there. So we went to the club floor and I kind of raided the snacks there. Was really hungry and thirsty. And everything was free flow. Even the red wine, beer and champagne. Juices, soft drinks.. everything. Dad and his friend talked from like 5pm to 9pm!! So I was just also joining in the conversation and doing my own stuff like looking at those cars driving around the fountain of wealth and reading the newspaper.
After that Dad went to watch some stupid chinese movie with mum so I played their 360 Halo 3. And I lost to this P5 kid who is from ACS Primary. And then played some other games which all the more I lost until about 2am then finally gone home. And this is where the fun starts. Car ride! The road was really really deserted so we were just cruising at around 100-120 ( no this is not where the fun starts).
Its actually not that fun but well, its thrilling i guess. Hmm we were about the exit AYE at 120 and then this taxi suddenly came into our lane. But he didnt totally come in so we managed to escape. Literally almost died. I think we were 10cm from the barricade and 10cm from knocking the taxi (this is where the fun starts). Well after that another taxi came into our lane. Stupid taxis. Very irritating. So we went faster forward and this Getz overtook us and sort of wanted to play with us so dad the usual crazy him refusing to lose took a one lane bend which leads into PIE at 120 together with the Getz. And my noisy mum was like screaming. And my dad was pissed off at her because she kept asking him to slow down. She left her lancer at conrad hotel because of complimentary parking. The tires were making a little bit of noise so it was a bit scary. My legs were kind of shaking as per normal whenever the tyres screech around corners. You know, feeling scared subconsciously. Then we exit PIE and immediately there was a junction and we were at 120kmh. So my mum was like "ahhhhh don't!" and then I was like "erm, 80?" I don't know whats up with my dad but he chose to do late braking even though the getz was not going the same way as us anymore. So like 120 down to 60 in 1 second the tyres were making screeching noises again and although i'm shaking i was having massive fun because i always wish my dad did stuff like that more often and not just once in a lucky while. So anyway we took the turn at 60 but somehow the car still felt like it was turning quick. When we went home it was very quiet. Like dad was pissed with mum for being noisy and mum pissed with dad for being crazy.
Saturday
Stayed at home and did some labour for the day. Like moving boxes onto the trolley and bringing them to load onto the car.
Sunday
Today was basically doing the packing again. But I'm really happy today. Because after doing yet another day of hard labour, we went for church service at night! There was a christmas party and thanksgiving. So mum's younger sister invited us and we went! Hahaha really made my day this one.
Plus
I'm really sad I have to give my old phone to Ronald as a christmas present. Because that means deleting all the precious smses. Well I was forced to promise him.
Oh yes, I've been so busy and tied up with work at home that I actually haven't got presents for anyone yet. But don't worry people I'll try to get them at the slightest chance. I will try not to break promises that I've made. Although I know I break a lot of them. :/ I've got the shopping list ready. Just need to go and buy. Maybe a little past christmas. But anyway there are 12 days of christmas right. So hmm even the 28th is fine i HOPE. Haha

Look at the pile. Since last Monday!! Lots to recall and to write. I think I'll try to leave out adding pictures. They take up a lot of time. Gosh I did so many things recently I can only recall some things.Tuesday
In the morning Ezra and Andrew came over to see Europe photos and to play soccer. It was fun having some German kid joining us. He's very young but skilled. Then I rushed down to Crown Centre for tuition. I was totally dreaming in class. After tuition I went to NTUC and bought raw mid-wings and took a bus to KAP. But then it started raining very heavily so I called my dad and he sent me home to drop off the stuff and then we went to the Merc alexandra showroom to service car and I saw SL55, Audi R8, SL500 at the carpark. Anyway after that went to IKEA for dinner and to see furniture. Remember moving house? We still haven't decided on what to get for sofa and all that yet. The house will be ready like around 28 Dec... so still got time.
Wednesday
I was supposed to go out with MR TAN YUE MING. But then his Dad went to take leave. So in the end, cancelled the plans. I think I didn't do much on wednesday so I'll just move on.
Thursday
Woke up, did some recording. When You're Gone, SOS and Big Girl's Don't Cry. Too bored and nothing better to do. So I went to be thick skin. Anyway I've always wanted to do something like that. Hahaha post on youtube but I think it's not that good. So I'm not going to publicise on msn or something as to the url or how to find it. Then I saw Wayne online so I went to ask him if I could go his house for stayover. After it was settled I recorded a few more attempts then took a long long MRT ride to Tanah Merah. Across the island! Went up to his house then came back down like within 5 minutes because we're going to Tampines Mall for dinner. Took MRT there. Haven't been there for more than 2 years already. The last time it was to buy formal clothes for P6 Graduation lunch. So anyway went there it was super crowded. Very difficult to move around. Went into century square's food junction, pepper lunch express! So we ate dinner there and continued walking around. Wanted to catch a movie but were too late. So in the end we went back to Tanah Merah and played soccer at the futsal court. I haven't played soccer for too long already. Ran out of breath very very quickly. A few sprints and i'm panting. Gosh. Anyway after that ate roti prata at the coffee shop. Cheap enough, 60 cents.
Friday
Woke up at 7.30am (thats freaking early for holidays), couldn't sleep anymore because the air-con was swtiched off at my grandmother's house. So I took a train back home (back across the island!) and reached at around 9. Surprised everyone at home. But was still sleepy so I slept for 1 hour and got up to wash up to meet shawn and zhong. After lunch at plaza sing went to play pool at toa payoh. The place was very quiet and nice at first but after a while many old uncles started coming in. Played for 2 hour plus and after that took a mrt back to tanah merah again (travel a lot) for stayover. I went to my other cousins house (they all live same area) and learnt guitar from him. So many chords got to memorise. But thats not hard. Hardest part is have to stretch your finger. Thats difficult, and the strings are so thin, its pain too. So after a while decided to go play soccer. This time there was people to challenge. So it was very fun. 3 v 3. One guy came over to our team. Haha and the stamina was somehow better too. After that ate roti prata again and went back took a shower then at 11.30pm went to my other cousin's house and practiced guitar until 2am and i was sleepy by then so went back to sleep.
Saturday
Haha I decided to just skip everything during the day and whatever. Too long story. So anyway we stayed at swissotel again. Well, its actually called fairmont now. Some Saudi Arabia company bought over. So we had advance christmas celebration because 15 others won't be around on 24th night. So we were just celebrating as though it was christmas. We all shared 2kg of sashimi and turkey and all that. Just that there wasn't any 12 midnight countdown. But we did open presents. My favourite present - liverpool cap! Haha
Okay I'm just going to really breeze through this part on the week.
Basically, met Yue Ming on I can't remember which days. Went to KAP, watch him buy a crumpler, watch alvin and the chipmunks and go to suntec area. And on tuesday, met Heng Xuan and michelle tee. Went to watch Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium and after that bought a soccer ball and went to botanic garden to play for a while before writing songs.

Finally blogging. I'm in for a long post now. Decided to do it at 2am because i'm kind of waiting for Liverpool VS Marsielle 3.30am. Gosh really no time these days. Extremely packed. Anyway, I'll get started.First up, the Thursday outing. At Sentosa/Vivocity then head to Clarke Quay.
Shawn brought his cousin along who was leaving at around 3 so we lunched at BK then walked around vivo first. During lunch I kept crapping about some gangbang thing and alot of sick things to his cousin. After that, went into tangs and walked past this section which had everything that belonged to women. In other words, the women section. We all felt strange. 5 guys walking around looking at the women stuff and making a lot of noise.
After his cousin went home Brandon, Shawn, Zhong and me were deciding whether to take the cable car or monorail. After much debate we went to take the monorail to sentosa. Obviously, the cable car was holding a knife, trying to rip our pocket. Began to drizzle a little but it didn't really affect us. Headed to the beach station and we decided to just poke our pockets a bit. Anyway can sew back. So we took the skyride and the luge.
Thick-skin stuff. Went to ask them to smile for the camera lol.
Up there it was quite scary if you ask me. Plus its our first time. And the funniest thing was that halfway I felt my phone ringing. And Yue Ming was calling me! Damn funny. Can you imagine like it was raining quite badly by now, and you are at the peak of the skyride then suddenly someone calls you for a chat. And our spirits were high by then so all started laughing.
Then we took the luge which was like a shorter and slower version of the go-kart. Hmm i thought it was quite cool and foolproof and surely, fun! Its like you can take the corner at max speed even when its raining. Smart. In case there are people as blur as Ronald. But just a little too ex.
So after that we walked to palawan beach. Shawn and Zhong han were going knee deep into the water and just kicking around. I was lazy to change so I just watched them but after a while couldn't resist it and took off my shoes and joined them at some feet washing pool.
After the feet cleaning time we left sentosa and vivo for Clarke Quay, which was basically what I have been waiting for all day. Night scenery! Brandon left from Clarke Quay. So only Shawn, Zhong and I were left.
Ate at Pepper Lunch for Dinner. How ironical. But anyway loved the food and we were discussing instruments and songs throughout the whole meal.
We moved on to the boat ride soon enough. The first ticket booth we went to didn't offer single trips. So we looked for another company and found it easily enough. And from there it was basically "Snapping Unlimited".

Water wasn't choppy at all. I would say it was quite calm all along. The boat was pretty deserted too. Just one couple and the three of us (who were very quiet without brandon around). We alighted at Esplanade stop and walked to the Merlion Place. Sat at the stairs and just talked. Shawn suggested going to the short "jetty" so we went there and we all started doing our usual camera stuff. First the scenery. I played with the long exposure.
Then we started making use of the self-timer function and took many many pictures. Many tourists there soon began sitting/squating on the floor like we did.
Then my mum was chasing me to get home so we left...
Friday night-Clarke Quay again. At night with parents.
Mum had to collect a car from swissotel merchant court so we went to Clarke Quay brewerkz at the same time for food and drinks.
There was this Lambo Mucielargo nearby so I got a snapshot of it. Fierce!
Saturday to Sunday- Stay at Swissotel The Stamford (Simplified version, getting tired)
Okay, let me do the simple explanation. Dad had this voucher which allowed us to stay for a very discounted rate which expires at the end of the year. So we used it. For the weekend. Ate lunch at Pepper Lunch Express in the food court.
After that we checked in and guess what I saw outside.

Okay, this would probably be of totally no interest to you so I shall just skip all the very detailed stuff that are etched into my head.
We stayed at room 3155. I'm very impressed with their lift. It goes super fast. The time it takes for the lift at my place to get from 1st to 9th, is the time their lift takes to get from 1st to 31st. The view was superb I tell you. Even brought my tripod and DSLR there. Don't want to upload the photo because the file size a bit too huge. But its really nice so I managed to get some uploadable pictures. Actually even better on camera. For dinner we went to Prego. Italian place. Some waiter dropped a plate or something and the rest of them instead of booing (like in our school), they clapped (sarcastically).
At night cousins and aunts and uncles came over. We all were talking talking and just talking.

On sunday as you know it was raining in the morning. Woke up and saw this of the CBD:
The buildings had their tops in clouds. Wonder how it's like to be in a building with one of those clouds at your window.
We're going to stay there next weekend too. 2 consecutive weekends. Hope we get a higher floor next time.
Monday- Vivocity/Sentosa then BBQ at East Coast Park.
Rain's beginning to spoil our days. Dad woke me up at 8am. I was very late justin and heng xuan was waiting there already. 45 minutes late. Sorry! Suppose to meet at 8.45 but I came at 9.30. So end up me, justin, Heng Xuan at beach. We all just sat in the water and talked except for justin who stood because he didn't bring extra clothes. The water was very clear and looked clean. Could see the marks in the sand caused by the current. After about 2 hours went to take the monorail back to vivo and just as we were reaching vivocity it started to rain. Luckily we didn't stay longer. One by one, we met Desiree, Darien, Gilda and Melvin, Jingzhi at Vivocity. Ate our lunch at food republic. Then we went to vivomart marketplace to fool around suppose to buy stuff but end up just doing nothing and laughing about sheng siong. Then in the end decide to take mrt instead of a taxi to Desiree's house after MUCH hesitation. Gilda, Heng Xuan, Justin and I alighted at Bedok Station to buy BBQ stuff. It was really heavy and Melvin should have come along. Money totalled to 37 bucks. Which included all BBQ essentials. Heng Xuan paid for all. Still have returned him my share yet will do that next week. Anyway we made way back to des house. Justin decided to leave. Reached her house and started to prepare food till it rained!! So wasted. Hx's plan spoiled. Decided to cook food in the oven and eat at des house. Food was good even though not much time was dedicated to marination the food. Played truth or dare. Its scary and disgusting and embarrassing. Scary-I had to reveal some of my secrets and stuff like why I hated Melvin. Okay it's only partly green. Mostly because of another reason. Disgusting-Then all of us had to do a dare and Michelle was dared to eat my half eaten chicken and heng xuan to suck the bone. Totally sick and gross I tell you. Embarrassing-And I was supposed to kiss Gilda's hand. Like !!! I thought that was what Heng Xuan should do. Anyway after dinner we started making fun of each other and I took many pictures. Obviously everyone had fun!!

Haven't updated for a long time. Wanted to yesterday but the internet problem was present AGAIN. So the thing I dread the most-posts pile up. It's like homework.Saturday
Went to Sitex exibition at expo in the morning. Got a 4GB M2 memory card. Now I've got like so much space in my phone. The number of pictures I can take a written as "300+". Anyway, went to Seah Street Deli at Raffles hotel for lunch. Haven't been there for long so decided to visit for a bit. After that went to sim lim square to buy wires for projector. Then went to mustafa centre to see cameras. Panasonic Lumix FX-18. 28-500mm lens. Then went home at like 6 plus and I fell asleep for awhile before heading all the way across the island back to tanah merah grandma's house. I didn't know sleeping could get you high. I mean, I sleep so much, but only realised on saturday that it can get you high. I slept in the car all the way and when I woke up i stepped into the house and immediately got high. I think everyone was high too for some reason. The place had never been more alive for a long time. Anyway, 2 cousins which were Ronald's kind of age came and stayed-over for 2 nights.
Sunday
Stayed at home the whole day played halo 3 with the kids. Went to dinner at Kam boat marina square. BAD CHOICE. Dinner was stupid. All mum's fault. Say long time never had a good meal. Want a good meal... so many other nicer places. cheaper and nicer. Tony Romas, Fish and co, Harry's, Sushi Tei, Lau Pa Sat(Stingray!) and many others. But of all the choices had to choose chinese. And so ex somemore. Chinese food is like all the seafood which are ewwww. fish (fishy), shark's fin(kill sharks), abalone(waste money). I only ate fish. My favourite dish was the tofu with vegetables. And I think the peking duck. The others were like sigh... mum's fault. very stupid.
Today-Monday
Met shawn, brandon, joel, zhong han at orchard. Haha brandon is full of crap. Everytime you say "come" or something that sounds the same, it all goes WRONG. Some words just need to be avoided. And everything is also his penis la... even drink water. Shawn went shopping for a formal shirt for his cousin's wedding.
He bought one stripped one from Zara in the end. Looks very nice on him. Then we ate lunch at KFC and Mac. No more Sakae Sushi! Groin area where the wallet is abit... pain. After that me and joel went to coronation area. He had to go for his piano practical lesson while i had chinese tuition. So after my tuition I was on my way to marina square to meet them cos they went bowling when shawn called me and told me they all were going home. So i said meet them at city hall. There I suggested going to Clarke Quay while Brandon was saying kovan (which was a no! for me). Then shawn was like kovan one moment then clarke quay. Everyone had their own fickle ideas. Finally we all agreed to go Clarke Quay except brandon so we had to force him. The mrt station said "90 steps to street". And the nutcases started walking the stairs and counting instead of taking the escalator haha.
We sat at the stairs just above the river. Haha we could see so many people making out and kissing vigorously and seriously and openly. And their positions were totally WRONG. As in morally wrong.

Thursday (tentative): Sentosa beach. I don't know if i can make it because I've got tuition to go. I try to go everyday of the week. Its very flexible but I've got 6 lessons remaining and the lessons are void after 14 dec.
The favourite song now is Teardrops On My Guitar by Taylor Swift. Real nice and meaningful.
And... remember about me and ezra's song writing stuff? It's almost completed. Got the tune already. Just needs some improvement to it. And I've legthened the song last night by making it more like a song instead of a poem. Trying out new lyrics with voice tunes now too... I need Ezra to hurry up get back from his holiday!!! Then we can faster get the song completed!!! You lucky guy who gets to go Old Trafford and watch a LIVE English Premier League match!
Never mind, liverpool totally thrashed bolton last night. 4-0. Can you imagine. 3rd in the chat with a game in hand. Hohoho... just arsenal to beat. A bit hard but possible. Look at the way they play!
I'm talking to shawn koh and co on msn 4-way convo now. Everyone is talking about penises! I think there is some obsession there. Don't know whats with them. It's getting damn funny!

Oh, this is just good. Finally there is no huge big outing to write about. Or nothing that important in general. Now I can just do my usual news updates comfortably. Haha great this time I didn't allow any blog post to pile up!So let's get started with, the news.
The new house is now in a huge mess with many many stuff around the place. So much debris all over and wires hanging from above the ceiling. And most of the powerpoints are unplugged.
Today Leon and Julian came to play. But it wasn't that fun instead it was quite boring because we ended up playing Gunz! Shit I've been playing far too much online games recently. Got to cut down to 0% immediately! Or else I will end up killing myself unliterally. It happened before in Sec 1. History shall not repeat itself! NOOO! Sometimes I feel like just deleting the games. Then that way I can't play. And I won't bother to download because I'm just too lazy to do so. That might just be the best solution to game addiction. Luckily I'm not addicted yet because I'm still more interested in MSN. Which is a great relief but sooner or later if I continue like this... gone case. Chances of deleting programs-90%. Haha have the strong urge. Just think about my bro and maid(yes she plays omg... zhong han will know this) want to play...
I seem to be addicted to swimming. So fun and nice. Imagine your like feeling so stuffy. So you just change, and dash and JUMP! SPLASH! into the swimming pool. That's the best part. Nowadays I've learnt not to walk into the pool slowly by the stairs (the coldness will kill). Must just make a sudden entry. Which is why I think I've swam more than 10 times since the start of the holidays when I probably didn't swim at all last year during November/December Holidays.
987FM is now my favourite channel. No more Class 95. Class 95 always play those dance songs which are like so not nice and unmeaningful. 987FM is funny most of the time(well class 95 is funny only in the morning express). Thursday Muttons AT midnight is so cool. That time they delivered Mac supper to this person! I remember that night got this person called then say something like no more interview with Simple Plan so now very sian.... then the DJ say something along the lines of "so we make you bored is it? Then don't talk to us bye bye!" Lol and they really hung up on her.
Okay thats all for tonight. 2.10am. Usual late night blogging(is less stressful). I don't have to keep closing the window whenever my mum walks into the room.
