Today school was super stressing and boring even though exams are over.
The boring part: There was really nothing to do during english. So we all just wasted time. Like all the other time.
The stressing part: We had to do 4 very long surveys which was a killer if you really did it seriously. So I did the first 3 and I felt really stressed from all the shading and almost died so Kenneth chew helped me complete the last one which he randomly answered.
The school is seriously damn bad. They're sending all from sec 3 b and c band to Republic ply tomorrow for open house. WHAT THE HELL. Going to a poly isn't actually really a bad thing but...
Look on the bright side: We won't be so bored, having at least something to do. A band will be very bored.
On the normal side: I think it's the message that they are sending out. What they are implying is that the B band people are stupid and hopeless and will go to poly for sure. I mean like, why do they have to single out classes to go? It's obvious that they think we're inferior. Which is true, only in MOST circumstances. But did they have to be so straightforward? I believe there is a more indirect way in doing it.
Anyway, conclusion is, Peter Tan is an asshole.
We got our A math results back. Mixed feelings. Parents had to rub it in. I wanted to start ignoring them but I made a promise already. They don't know about the promise. But if I break it then my conscience will make me feel so guilty. We should just take our exam results without any nervousness. Anyway whats done is done right? No point to keep looking back and giving yourself sleepless nights. Just run forward.
After school went to subway for lunch. First time I ate there. The food is not bad I guess.
Then we saw some very funny looking middle aged man and we all started laughing damn hard. Shawn koh's laugh was damn contagious. And he laughed till he cried. Thus the video.
I think it's just ridiculous that we're having to beg CERTAIN COUNTRIES to allow us to help them.
Guys, next time you trip and fall, make sure the kind and willing soul who lends you a hand so you can get up begs you for your permission to help you first.
