Weather on 29th Nov = Perfect. 

Sunny, relatively cloudless.

Cycling again. Same time same place. 4.40 SPC. I only got 3 hours of sleep.  We went to Marina Barrage this time. The air along the road going in is terrible. Not too bad at 6am because work hasn't started yet. But when you get out at like 7.30, it's hard to see anything. You got to squint or the dust will get in the eyes.

After cycling was salvation army kettling for another 6 hours starting from 1, with a 2 hour break in between. So I had to stand for 4 hours altogether.
