I barely have time to blog nowadays. And if I have the time, I find myself having nothing much to say. Anyway, today is 19 days to the start. I haven't started a countdown for the end yet.
Study mood is getting better now, I don't know why, but it just happens that the urge to study comes in when you find yourself flooded with uncompleted exam papers and you look at the calendar. I find myself doing on average 1 paper a day, trying to bring it to 2. Already did one paper today, so I shall finish one more paper tonight and it will be 2 papers! I'm alright with chemistry and E math already, now I just have to keep those up and improve others especially geography and A math. C6+B3= 9 points!! Trying to bring it to a B3+A1=4 points. Haha that really sounds better.
Stocks-wise, the market has done a small recovery the past 3 days ever since the minor decrease last week. Liz Claiborne reached the bottom of the channel and it bounced back up (as predicted). I've been watching it, and it's proven my theory. Just wasted another opportunity by not buying. This counter has a 'high risk' percentage on Bloomberg, but theirs is based on calculations. It basically moves retardedly with a Beta of 2 (twice as volatile as the index). When it goes up, it really flies up, going 8%-10%. Same when it goes down. The easy part is, when it's going up, it's straight up without any breaks in the days in between. So, we buy the moment it changes from red to green, and sell immediately if we see a change of green to red. Simple, but the only risk is "what if the trend changes?" Then we're screwed.
I am liking the way Hi-P has recovered. Gains of 3% on average this week, thats a good thing. I should see the red on Yahoo! Finance change to a nice green soon :) Boustead Singapore has also recovered, from 0.725 to 0.765. So we've missed a buying opportunity. Not sure if it'll go down again though.
