So during dinner I was thinking back about the whole time from Sec 3 till the day i managed to get into AC.
I don't know if i've mentioned this before, but it seems like going to 3B3 was a blessing in disguise. Remember when i kept lamenting about being in a lousy class and wanting to appeal to A band? Hahaha now i actually see it as a good thing that i stayed in B band. It was the motivation. The force to make sure i study hard because i want to prove to people that i was worth more and so i worked really hard the whole year, which got me to 4A4. The rest was just carrying on my efforts and using a lot of mental willpower to get through Os.
Well, what I just wanted to say is, it was a blessing in disguise, it was a good thing i stayed in B band. If i had managed to make it to A band, i would've had the same lazy attitude i had in sec 2 and not bother to maximise my full potential. Then i probably would've gotten somewhere around 16 for Os. Hence, maybe we need some lows in life to get us higher.
NO I'M NOT HINTING ON ANYTHING. THIS TEXT IS AS SIMPLE AS IT IS, NO OTHER MEANING.
