I redeemed myself for chemistry test, but i'm not satisfied with the results, even though i'm quite happy with it. How ironic. The target was to either get full marks or top the class. In the end, I only got 16/20. Top in class was 18/20. This class is retarded please. We have like 7 foreign scholars and everyone's school test results are damn good, much better than all the other classes. Ah, now I see why there are so many boring people in class who only study. All the other classes have a lot of failures and people screwing up results, but our class always gets very close to full marks and for math's case, full marks.

I got 11/25 for math, which is fail,

then 11/35 for physics, which is fail worse,

then 24.5/50 for GP test,

and we haven't gotten back econs yet.

So obviously chemistry is my redemption. I wanted to prove that I wasn't stupid. Actually it was kinda the first test that I studied the night before. The other tests I didn't study for because I (have to admit) was a bit complacent and felt that the topics were easy so there was no need to revise. Not that I hardcore mugged chem the night before, but I just laid down on my bed and read the 3 chapters of notes briefly, noting the important points then I went to sleep. Must have been the good Alex Lee foundation. Coming here, I realise that a lot of the things he teaches us seemed to be preparing us for A levels.

I like econs too, so i'm quite excited about the test results even though I don't think i'll do very well. It's too subjective so it's going to be a bit like geog. But I have this belief that there's something special between econs and I. It was as if i have been studying economics my whole life, from doing business since primary 3 and then the stock market now, so i can feel it in my blood. No problem understanding econs stuff (: Then the tests was about property market and oh my! I've got a lot of background knowledge on it as well, like how it works and stuff. So fun!

Saturday was quite a good day (: I woke up around 9am, made my coffee and had curry chicken for breakfast before going to physics tuition. You know what I wore? Red AC collegiate, PE shorts and slippers! Hahaha lazy to dress up. I felt so fresh and awake while on the way, listening to Norah Jone's jazz music and some other songs. Then reached tuition and sat beside Tih. I was 30 mins late but the tutor just started anyway. I understood everything about upthrust (: its really quite simple. In equilibrium, U=mg because the upthrust of a body is equal to the weight of fluid displaced :D hahaha. After class, asked tutor some questions about school assignments and got it. Tih gave me a lift home, thanks! Then changed to something more proper and went to Zhou's Kitchen at Amoy Street for High-Tea buffet with extended family. Haha buffets are quite fun because you get to eat a lot and gain weight. Then drove past Marina Bay IR, along the bridge for a look, and home. This part not so good because the sky was overcast and it was almost 6 :( I don't like overcast skies in the evening, even more so when the weather is even cooling. The evening should have a sunset or if it's overcast like after a rain, then it should be cooling. Played with the coffee machine and made for everyone, drank one more cup, then went for math tuition. No chem tuition in the afternoon because it was labour day. Don't ask why there was still math and physics haha. Then I understood everything in Math. We were doing AP/GP, quite easy actually. Came home, watched tv and tried to do some work while watching. The coffee kept me awake till 4.
