Wow it's 19 november already. That's really fast. Haha life's been fine. I just came back from ccaab camp on tuesday and i hated the camp. As usual. Remember the story about the sec 2 camp giving me trauma. I can't take camps. Anyway this one had good and bad times. With the activities being fun but there were very strict discipline stuff and we had to go through quite a lot of punishment though it was mostly like 50 buddha claps or 20 push ups. Easy. I didn't go gym on tuesday because we walked through Tuesday 12am to 5am around singapore from mount faber, up mount faber, vivo, then tiong bahru, botanical gardens then back to school. I wanted to rest on tuesday so didn't gym, then wednesday didn't gym again because i went to play soccer with the usual barker people. Remember, no cardio and gym on the same day? Hahaha anyway went to do scott herman's recommended chest building exercises today in school. It has new exercises, new stimulants, sounds good (: I was really worn out after doing for 1 hour, which is good. Because it shows how effective it is (:
