I was looking through old photos from my old phone last night and I saw this picture. I took it on 31-March last year just for memories sake.
This made me very happy. This is the photo taken today.

My bench press is now 80kg x 6 reps up to 90 degrees range of movement.
Number of pull ups: 26.
I am kipping a bit, but I reckon I can easily do 15 reps with perfect form. Which is going up and down like a straight log, without swinging at all. However, within 30 seconds as in NAPFA, maybe I'll only achieve 10 :(
