Total number of pull-ups: I don't know, I haven't really been doing bodyweight pull ups, especially since there's no NAPFA to train for already. I did 21 for NAPFA, but I've moved on to WEIGHTED pull-ups! Haha I found a weight belt in the ac gym. It's one of those things you can hang weights onto the chain and that's what I do so I can train my pull-ups! :) I managed 6 reps with a 20kg weight and 10 reps with a 15kg weight. Haha time to change the muscles in my lats to be more fast-twitch rather than the endurance slow twitch.
Bench Press: I managed to do 3 reps of "touch chest perfect form" 70kg yesterday, which i'm satisfied with. But I'm not used to the 80kg 90 degrees anymore :( like when I use 80, my arms will feel quite compressed or something like that.
Dumbbell Flat Bench Press: However, I can quite easily complete 10 reps of 29kg dumbbells each side, which is an improvement. A few months ago, I did 5reps and then had totally no more strength, I dropped the dumbbells on the floor and almost twisted my shoulder.
Squat: 85kg x 5 reps
Deadlift: 85kg x 5 reps or 90kg x 2 reps
