Hey guys I'm back! Haha june holidays are almost over but I haven't really studied much. I feel too lazy everyday to study. So I haven't done much work. Anyway, exams were before june holidays unlike other schools (Ac is retarded) so that just adds to the laziness. I don't know what will happen at the end of the year if this goes on. I'm quite sick and tired of studying honestly. I suppose everyone is too, but my willpower is the weakest.
But I've been gymming almost everyday or at least I try to, so that's a plus! It's been roughly 4 to 5 times a week for the whole month of June, with some cycling days in between. I don't do cardio and gym together. That's just wrong hahaha. Though somehow I'm still at ~53kg with not much change as compared to what I've hoped for. The creatine is finally here but I'm putting it in hold probably just for this week because I need to get more information about how to load it and I need to plan the times I take it in. I will probably try to take my first scoop right after my workout instead of when I wake up or something. I didn't go to the gym today because I just blitzed my chest with Scott Herman's chest workout yesterday. Damn, I don't know why the past few times I did the workout, it wasn't sore. Today I woke up and I was like ouch! Hahaha it means it was a good workout yesterday. The whey I use now has been changed from Optimum Nutrition 100 Whey Mocha Cappuccino to the cookies and cream flavour. For reviews, I'd say I prefer mocha cappuccino much better. The smell of cookies and cream is a bit too strong la. And I always feel that cookies and cream gives off the heaty feel.
I've been into making coffee recently too. Haha like I've learnt how to make the Starbucks Caramel Macchiato and its variations such as normal latte and Vanilla latte. I've got the hazelnut syrup at home too so actually it's possible to make hazelnut latte by following the same recipe but I've not tried it before. It's much easier to make the iced versions because then there's no need to steam the milk and all but the skill lies in the steaming of the milk to create the froth, that's why I usually make the hot versions of the drinks. Haha it's really fun and after some practice and R&D I managed to do a caramel macchiato very close to the real one. Really. And I even took the takeaway cup from starbucks so I could make it super accurate. Haha it's much cheaper to make it at home. But there's the startup cost of buying the syrup which costs $6.50, the caramel drizzle sauce for $6, and the fresh milk and the coffee beans. There's also some wastage at the start where you'll definitely screw up and do things wrongly but I suppose in the long run it'll be fine. Of course, there's more work to do like the cleaning up and all, especially since I dont run my own coffeehouse, but it's fun too la. Just like baking a cake, making coffee drinks are troublesome but fun. Probably should video one session of coffee making down and put it on YouTube!
