Key life event! I went to NS and dislocated my patella while spreading out before warm up. I was holding my field pack in front of me with my right hand, and my rifle was slung over my body and I was wearing LBV. As I was walking backwards in a hurry, I possibly hit something at the back of my left leg. And immediately went down on the floor in pain. Out of cycling for some time then:(
