So another chapter begins today, although a short one, as I head for my BMT recourse as a pes C recruit. Well the chapter at stagmont has ended or at least paused, and I definitely do feel some sort of loss. The people there have been really nice to me, taking care of me and all. I guess the main problem here is change, even though it is inevitable. Getting used to new practices and routines is the hardest part. Being so far away from home is bad too. I used to reach home in 10mins, now I'll need about 2 hours. Thankfully, this chapter only lasts for the month of August. And the major hurdle is a 3 week stretch of not coming home at all. I'll have something to look forward to at the end of this course at least. 31 of august! I hope my muscles don't atrophy too much during these 3 weeks. Inactivity plus lack of good nutrition is definitely going to take its toll. I'm 57kg now though, not sure if it's fat gained or muscle, but I wouldn't be surprised to see my weight fall when I'm back.
