Hahaha I just thought I should put out some personal goals I have set for myself out here in black-and-white.
By 31 December 2010, I shall:
Bench Press 70kg 1 Rep (currently 60.8kg x 6 reps)
Complete 25 Pull Ups (Previous record:17)
Squat 70kg 1 Rep (currently 62.2kg x 6 reps)
Shoulder Press 17.5kg 10 reps (currently 15kg x 10 reps)
